Harry Dent calls for the DOW to be at 40,000! Well, he said that in the 2004 predicting we’d be at 40,000 by 2009. Oh well, so much for being wrong. Unfortunately, now Mr. Dent is making money off of his books saying he predicted the downturn and he calls for a long bear market. The Coach’s advice: Stay Away!
